The St. Regis Shanghai Jing'an is currently collaborating with Bentley Shanghai – Jing'an again, to present an elevated, co-branded afternoon tea set.
Inspired by the Bentley Bentayga Hybrid, the hotel’s culinary team has created an array of savory and sweet bites made with fresh seasonal ingredients. Guests are invited to enjoy this elegant afternoon tea in the hotel’s chic Drawing Room.

The St. Regis' pastry team, led by Pastry Chef Angela, has flexed their creativity muscles, upgrading the traditional English three-tier afternoon tea set to fit the co-branding between Bentley and the hotel.
The set is presented to guests via trolley, along with options for flavored Italian coffee beverages, ice coffees, alcoholic coffees and twelve tea options.

The Afternoon Tea Set (RMB398/net per person, RMB628/net for two persons) spans sandwiches and snacks – like the Pan-Fried Tuna Fish with caviar, Smoked Salmon with sour cream and avocado mint mousse, Grilled Beef with button mushrooms on focaccia, Pumpkin Salad with orange segments, ginger and peas.
There are also sweet treats like and Pumpkin Scones with clotted cream and raspberry jam, Classic German Black Forest, Avocado Chocolate Mousse Dome, Red Velvet Roll, Peach Raspberry Chocolate Flower Pot, Pistachio and Blueberry Sweet Cone and Mini Vanilla Cream Berry Tart.

Diners can also upgrade their Afternoon Tea to include two glasses of Mumm Rose Champagne and Capiisea 10 Years Sturgeon Caviar for RMB1,088 net for two persons.

New York Grande Doyenne Caroline Astor – or "The" Mrs. Astor – the mother of the St. Regis founder John Jacob Astor IV, elevated Afternoon Tea to a new level by introducing the ritual at dignified gatherings, an exhilarating prelude to her more noteworthy formal social events.
Today, Time for Tea remains a quintessential St. Regis tradition, offering guests an impeccable selection of fine teas and refreshments in an inviting and intimate setting.
